Football Fantasy
Tuesday, August 21st, 2007OK, it’s not a boardgame, but it kinda plays like one. Late August is fantasy football draft time, and each year this is the time to become a pigskin prognosticator.

Munchkin
Monday, July 30th, 2007On occasion at the game club, when a 30-minute block of time opens up, perhaps while waiting for an opponent for the next “serious” game, someone will break out the comical card game Munchkin by Steve Jackson Games. Now this game appears to have been designed for kids, though I don’t recall ever playing it with anyone much under 40.
